     Bridesmaids shoes matching brides shoes

I am planning an informal beach wedding and I found a simple pair of white medium heeled sandals in the same fashion as "flip-flops". I searched all over to find a plain white pair with the right heel. My dress is a sleeveless cotton eyelet dress just below the knee and the bridesmaids are pink and also just below the knee. Is it acceptable to have my bridesmaids wear the same shoes as me?

It is fine if the bridesmaids have the same shoe as you. It is harder to find a comfortable shoe, especially for beach weddings. You want something comfortable to be in for such a long period of time, but you have to worry about walking in the sand too. Since you want to be comfortable, I am sure your bridesmaids feel the same way. I think it would look nice, since you all have below the knee dresses, to see the same shoes.

Have fun,
