     Coordinating bridesmaid dress colors

Hi, my wedding is being planned in a very short time, so ordering dresses was not an option. My colors are wine and champagne. I found two dresses in champagne in my twins' sizes and one wine colored for the maid of honor and flower girl. Do you think this is too off the wall?

Dear Marflex,

You didn't say what ages your twins are and if they are bridesmaids. But, if they are of age, they would be dressed the same as your MOH, albeit in age-appropriate style. The flower girl could wear a different color, but she would most likely be in the lighter color.

The wine color could be in your flowers or sashes.

Best wishes,

Although I agree that it is preferrable for the attendants to be dressed in the same color, it certainly is not inappropriate to coordinate the colors. Since the colors match your theme, I think it would look nice.
