I was so stressed until I noticed your site! Thanks! Here are my thoughts, and I truly need your opinion:
To begin, I love chocolate colors. I also want some red or Valentine color in there since the wedding is on Valentine's day.
The bridesmaids may wear chocolate dresses and wine red shoes. The groomsmen may way chocolate vests, black tuxedos, and wine red ties. The Bride may wear her white dress with gold accents. And the Groom may wear a black tux, gold vest, and white necktie (to match bride) along with a red hankie in the tuxedo pocket.
Female guests are asked to wear dresses and men to wear dress slacks and collared-shirts.
The wedding is in the evening as well.

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! It sounds like a wonderful choice of colors. A few suggestions: the bridesmaids have to have an additional red accent to correspond with the color of shoes. It could be jewelry, sashes, or colors of the bouquets. Similarly, the groomsmen boutonierre can correspond with color of their ties. Bride's white dress with gold accents sounds a little bit of a contrast. Why not look into off-white or ivory which goes better with gold accents. This way, the color combination of the entire bridal party would make for great pictures! Enjoy the wedding! Irina Feygin, IMpeccable iMage, Inc. Image and Beauty and For Princess Bride

Dear BibWald,
We don't list attire requests on wedding invitations unless the invitation is a wedding/reception invitation, the wedding is formal, and formal/black tie attire is expected. But, you could include an enclosure stating that the wedding is cocktail attire or semi formal. In parenthesis you could include that dresses and slacks are preferable.
