How to politely tell Bridemaids they pay for dress
I have chosen 3 bridesmaids and they all accepted my invitation. The question is - what would be the right way of explaining to them that I purchase the fabric for the dresses and that they pay for the dressmaker to make the dresses? They don't seem to know this and I don't want to step on any toes.
Please help.

Dear Melissa,
Since this isn't the typical situation, you would have to explain what you wish to do about the dresses. Some times it can be more costly to have the dresses made. They would have to know all of the costs involved in order to know if they can even afford to be in your wedding.
