Who pays for bridesmaids' hair and makeup

I want all of my bridesmaids' and matron of honor to have their hair and makeup done professionally. Who should pay for this service?

Dear Code,

If they didn't agree to this when you asked them to be attendants, then it would be your cost. It really wouldn't be fair to expect them to pay for this at this point.
