My dress is diamond white and I was thinking of having my bridesmaid dresses cream colored with a bronze sash. Is this considered acceptable for a wedding bridal party. The groom and groomsmen will be wearing black.

It isn't necessarily improper. But, your attendants may appear to be brides as well. Plus, the cream may look dirty next to your white dress. They could be dressed in black if you wish. This is an acceptable color these days.
