     Who pays for the flower girl's dress?  

I'm getting married in May and we've asked our friend's daughter to be our flower girl. The big debate is who pays for the dress?? Her father says he does, her mother says we do? Help!

The parent's of the flower girl typically pay for the the girl's dress and accessories.
