Hats for MOB and MOG

The wedding is at 2pm, matron of honor wearing long dress, can MOB and MOG wear hats and long dresses? I am mob.

Dear MOB,

Sure. If the Matron of Honor is dressed in a long dress, both of you may also. Try to find a dress with color that blends with hers.

Hats are great, but please try to wear one that is on the smaller side. Larger hats can get in the way and block others view.

Not only "can you" and is it "OK" but I think it is wonderful and will add to the romance of the afternoon.

Harmonizing colors would be great, if possible but not necessary.... think of a garden.

A larger hat is OK if it suits the wearer. I do agree that a mid sized brim (according to your stature) is a good idea and not just because it will allow guests a better "view" for the 20 minute ceremony - but because everyone will want to kiss you during the day. You'll want to make the hugs and kisses easier to give and get.
