     MOB Dress formality

My daughter is getting married at the end of September at 1:00 PM in a Catholic church. Is it all right to wear a full length beaded dress that is backless if the wedding very formal? It is pink and the bridesmaids are in plum. The accent of the wedding is a deep pink. I worry that it may be too much.

Beading is for formal evening events. Mothers of the bride and groom should dress more conservatively, so a backless dress would not be appropriate, especially for a wedding in a church. However, the color pink would be a nice compliment to the bridesmaids dresses. Please match the formality of the bridesmaids dresses when making your selection.
