My daughters bridesmaids want to wear a tea length dress. This is an evening reception. Can I wear a full length dress or do I need to stay with the tea length?

It is best to wear the same length. But, length is only one element of formality. If the longer dress is the same formality as their dresses, it should be fine. Of course asking your daughter would be best.
Please remember to wear a conservative dress--no strapless dresses.
