My wedding is to be a semi-formal event beginning at 6pm on an August evening. My mother has selected a tea-length satin dress in royal blue with a very small amount of crystal detailing at the waist. (I've attached a photo of the dress, just not in the right color.) She is looking for shoes to match, and does not know what color to select. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what I should tell her. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you very much.
