My daughter is getting married this weekend and her MOH is wearing black and the bridesmaids are wearing burgundy. I have found a black dress and the MOG has bought a dress very similar, maybe more fancy than mine, same color. I'm thinking we will be ok because we probably won't be in the same pictures too much and its too late now, what do you think?

Typically the mothers don't dress in the same color as any of the maids. But, black is the one exception. Many times the bride wishes all of the women to dress in black. In this case all of the attendants are not dressed in black, so this is a bit different. But, if your daughter has no problems with it, it is fine. Hopefully both of you are not dressed more formally than the attendants, though.
