I am the mother of the brides and am trying to select a dress color which will go well with the Bridesmaids (teal) and the MOB (taupe). I don't like pastel colors and am having a very hard time. Please help! P.S. It's an afternoon wedding and night reception.

Bronze, gold and champagne colors would work well with taupe. Teal is a tough color to coordinate with, and in any case you should coordinate more with the Mother of the Bride. Enjoy the wedding! Irina Feygin, IMpeccable iMage, Inc. Image and Beauty and For Princess Bride
