The June wedding is at 2:00pm. The MOB has chosen a floor length black spaghetti strap dress with a short jacket. The bridesmaids are wearing street length strapless teal dresses. The bride is wearing a formal ivory gown. I found a dress I liked before I was able to find out what the MOB was wearing. My dress is pale yellow tea length. Will that color and length be OK or should I look for something else? If so what color and length would you suggest?

As long as your dress is not too revealing, the pale yellow color would look fantastic next to teal color of the bridesmaids dresses. If, however, you feel that it is too light in color or too short in length next to MOB dress, you can look for something floor length in gold tones, or bronze tones: that would go beautifully with all the colors you describe.
