     MOG dress different from MOB

My son is being married in Sept in a hot area. It will be a 6PM wedding. The bridesmaids are wearing tea length emerald green. The bride is wearing ivory. The MOB was having trouble finding a dress and told me to go ahead if I found something. I ordered a tea length in a soft pale yellow. Now the MOB has found a dress. It is floor length, black and white abstract. Will my dress be out of place? Would you suggest I try to find something that would complement the MOB more? The bride says it's fine, but I don't want to stand out. I didn't think black and white were good colors for a wedding, but there is so much of it out there. Thank you for you help.

Dear PCAM,

You should be fine even though hers is long. Your color will blend with hers and the attendants.

Best wishes,
