The mothers should wear something that compliments the color scheme of the wedding.
I would recommend an elegant red/burgundy gown or 2 pc suit. Just make sure you don't wear anything too flashy or anything that isolates you from the bridal party. Depending on your taste, I've seen many beautiful gowns & suits for the mother of the bride (as well as groom) via web.
Since the wedding is in November you can also do wear tones that compliment red. I suggest a beautiful champagne, silver or gold dress for the mother of the bride and groom.
