My future daughter-in-law just called me and angrily expressed how she felt about my dress I am wearing to the wedding. I have about 30 pounds of unwanted weight on my body. After months of trying dresses on I found a black one that is very classy. She was very angry and said horrible things about wearing black to her wedding. She does not want me in her pictures with a black dress for fear of what everyone will think. I have been in tears since she called me. Is black so inappropriate to wear as Mother of the groom?
