Mother of the Groom Dress colors black, white, red, and silver

My son is getting married next year. The colors are going to be black, white, red, and silver. I know not to wear red or white. What are some other options?

Congratulations on your son's wedding! You can go for deep Wine shades or Navy blue, which will go nicely with this quite classic selection of colors. You may even want to choose to add some silver accent to your dress or accessories. Enjoy the wedding!

Thank you for the advice. I never would have thought of navy blue. There are not many choices when the bride's colors are blue, white, red, and silver.

Sorry, I meant the colors were black, white, red, and silver.

Also, please remember that you are expected to coordinate with the mother of the bride. Please allow her to choose her dress first. Yours shouldn't be more formal than hers.
