My step son is being married this summer in an evening wedding in Chicago. My husband is wearing a tux. My stepson's mother will also be participating in wedding. I plan to wear a black satin dress just below the knee. Is this appropriate or should I wear a full length dress to accomodate my husbands tux? Thanks

Dear Fashionista,
Unless you are being seated as one of the mothers, you are expected to dress as one of the guests. It really doesn't matter how your husband is dressed, as it appears that he is a member of the bridal party.
