hould mother and father of groom wear colors to match groom?
Hi,
Our wedding colors are merlot, ivory and champagne (accent color).
My fiance' will wear an ivory vest and tie to match my ivory wedding dress. bridal party is wearing merlot.
My mother is walking me down the aisle and is wearing a long formal gown in a jewel-teal color.
What color should the mother of the groom and father of groom wear? (they are divorced). I did not think either of them had to match the groom, but that is what they want to do.
May cause a problem since the groom is wearing ivory to match me!

Mother of the groom should coordinate with the mother of the bride and wear a dress of the same formality as mother of the bride. Color-wise, she can wear any color that coordinates with either your mother's dress or with the bridal party.
