I am a mog. The bridal party will be in cinnamon color tea length dresses. Mob is wearing a brown gown. I was wondering if I could wear a short dress below the knees. It is a sage color. I also have a blue gown, but prefer to wear the sage shorter one. Is there a rule about the length of the dresses for the mob and mog. The ceremony is at 10:30 am and reception at 12:30.
The length is usually very close between the two mothers. But, the real issue is formality, which length is just one component. So, if the formality is very close, you should be fine.
