What fun! Actually, this wedding is no different from any other theme wedding. Yes, you and your husband will wear similar clothing to the bridal party. Traditionally as mother of the groom, you really should check with the bride's mother before choosing your outfit and coordinate your with hers (similar in color and formality). Hopefully, she is 'in the spirit' and in western wear.

When in Rome... I would dress in theme to match the bridal party both for the fun of it as well as for the pictures. As the mother of the groom, you can wear a blue jean skirt/outfit too. If I was you, I would be renting old western movies for ideas on gingham dress styles and having something made especially for me. Yeeha!
