Hi, my dress is Ivory/Rum Pink. My bridesmaids are Pearl Pink. My mother wants to wear a White 2 piece skirt outfit. My mother in law says she's wearing mauve. Will this be ok? Or can you recommend a color for my mom?

Dear HB,
As long as your mother's dress doesn't appear to be one that someone could wear as a wedding outfit, she should be fine. And, if she added a colorful scarf, it would help. But, it may be better if she wore a complementary color, such as blue. A color wheel is helpful in choosing a color that would work with the other colors.
