     mother of the groom attire

My son is getting married October 22, 2005. The ceremony is at 11:am with reception following at 12 noon. Should my outfit be a very dressy suit to the knee, mid calf or long?

My family is also asking what kind of attire they should wear? Floor length or to the knee?

Thanks Jane

Dear MOG Attire,

Your outfit is to coordinate with the mother of the bride in formality, length, and color. So, ask her.

If the wedding is formal, long would be best. If not, knee length is fine.

Best wishes,
