shoes for claret tea length dress

I took your advice and found a beautiful claret tea length chiffon dress. Claret is a diffcult color to find in shoes so I'm wondering what color and style of shoe do you recommend?

YOu don't have to match the color of your shoes to the dress! There is an easy way out: get the shoes in bronze or gold-tone color and a matching purse, and you will 1) look super-elegant and 2) will be able to wear them with ANY dress in the future for special occasions!
