I have been invited to a 5pm Chuppa [Jewish Wedding] in the June. Would this classify as day or evening dress? Would a white and black floral-print dress [minimal white] with white heels be a taboo?
This will be my first chuppa. Any adive would be appreciated.
Thank you.

It is on the line of late afternoon and evening formal but your dress sounds perfectly appropriate. Nancy Tucker President of Weddings Beautiful US http://www.weddingsbeautiful.com

Dear Guest,
These are generally cocktail attire affairs. So, if your dress seems high quality you should be fine.

A Chuppa, or huppa, isn't a type of Jewish Wedding. It is a canopy under which a couple stands to be married in a Jewish Wedding Ceremony. Generally, it has a roof and is totally open on all four sides. Rhonda Allen, Bridal Consultant New Beginnings Weddings
