Beach Wedding in April

I am having a beach wedding in April and i will be wearing an A line wedding dress with the bridesmaids in a floor length halter dress. Groomsmen in tuxes. What should the guests wear? How about the MOB and MOG? Unimpressed

Dear April,

Your mother would choose her dress first coordinating with the bridesmaids in formality, length, and color--blending, not matching. The MOG coordinates with her.

You can't tell the guests what to wear. If they ask, you could tell them to wear what they would to a nice restaurant and a jacket is a nice addition.
