     Black dress?

I am attending a wedding in Michigan March 25. The ceremony will be at a Catholic church at 2 pm, and cocktails and the reception will be at a yacht club at 6 pm. I have a black dress to wear (I am 22). Is it appropriate to wear the dress to the wedding? Or just for cocktails and the reception? Thank you.

Dear Dressing in Black.

You are in luck. It is appropriate to wear black at all times of day now. Yea for us who love black. If your dress is revealing in any way, cover up during the service.

Best wishes,
