I am attending a black tie wedding in Birmingham, Alabama in Oct.. I have a simple long black sheath with a side slit a v neck and long sleeves. Would this be appropriate or too heavy looking for a Southern wedding?
I don't know what the weather is like at this time of year in Birmingham. If it is warm, the long sleeves will look too heavy even if the event is indoors. If it is cool, you are fine.
