Is a black suit appropriate?

Hello,

A good friend of mine is getting married at 11:00 am in the middle of March. I don't want to have to buy a new outfit if I don't have to. I am 24 and wear mainly suits to work. Would it be acceptable to wear a black pant suit if I wear a spring colored camisole such as lavendar, pink or baby blue underneath? Thanks for you help!
