I am attending a morning wedding at 11am with reception following. I believe the ceremony and reception are being held at the same place. Can I wear a v-neck sweater with a black knee-length, flowing skirt? I thought the cocktail dress would be too formal for the time of day. What is the appropriate attire for guests for a morning wedding?
