Mt. Ranier wedding - no heels allowed

Help! Some friends are getting married at the base of Mt. Ranier next month. Because of the rocky terrain, no heels are allowed. Also, the entire wedding and reception are outdoors, and it gets chilly at the mountain in the evenings. Suggestions for attire? A business suit seems too formal, but I think I would freeze in a dress...

Dear Freezing Guest,

The weather can be unpredictable. So, it may be best to dress in the attire you would wear to a restaurant, only warmer. A nice pant suit would be fine.

Best wishes,
