I am in my mid-20's and have to go to a 4:00 wedding in the Hamptons. I want to be dressed for the weather but look fashionable (not frumpy) at the same time. Can I wear sleeveless/spaghetti straps if I have a wrap? And what about color? What colors are on for a 4:00 wedding?

The style dress and wrap sounds great. The color dress really depends on the season of the wedding. If you want to be fashionable make sure that you are in one of the trendy colors.
Hot colors for this season are chocolate brown, gold, purple and green. Classic colors that you can't go wrong with and are always in style are platinum, black and wine/burgandy.
