My brother in law is getting re-married next month and this time has decided on a church wedding. The attire is a "nice casual", so to speak and the ceremony will be taking place in the afternoon. My husband is going to be a groomsman and I am going to be playing no part in the wedding.
Since this will be my first church wedding that i am actually old enough to dress myself for, lol. I am very torn about what to wear. The wedding party is going to be wearing a shade of pink so I obviously do not want to wear ANY shade of pink and I know that red is inappropriate. I am just not totally sure on what WILL BE appropriate. I am going shopping for the dress this weekend and am thinking of looking for a dress in a soft yellow shade or something along this line, that is knee length with spaghetti straps.
Considering the location, time of day, and the dress code, so to speak, would something like this be appropriate?
