My boyfriend's buddy is getting married Jan 14. I found a dress that I like with the following qualities:
Glamorous strapless cocktail dress with waist-defining satin cummerbund. (light pink)
Flattering full skirt with peek-out tulle at hem.
Princess-seamed structured bodice with front and side boning, rhinestone brooch detail and back-zipper closure.
36” long.
Do you think this is too formal or just right? I really want to look pretty. I planned on wearing flat shoes. PS: I am 19

Please provide more information about this wedding. Will you be going to the ceremony and reception or just the reception? Where is the reception bring held? What was the formality of the wedding invitation? Please offer as much information as possible about the wedding.
