What to wear to a 5:00 outdoor wedding

I am attending an outdoor wedding at 5:00 and I would like to wear "car wash" Chiffon pants (see picture) with a nice shirt. Is this ok to wear? Or what do you suggest? I don't want to be over or underdressed.
