I have this fushia dress w/ yellow flowery pattern Ralph Lauren v-neck, mid-calf link dress that I was thinking of wearing to my old college roomate's indoor wedding. The wedding is at 4pm in Charleston SC on Sept 24. Is this proper attire for the ocassion? If so, what shoes & accessories do you recomend?

Hopefully this wedding is a year from now or this answer is irrelevant. Your dress should be fine, but it is difficult to know without knowing how formal the event will be. If it is dressy casual to semi-formal, you should be fine. If it is formal, you will need to dress more formally.
Choose the shoes and purse that seems to suit the dress. Also choose jewelry that is understated.
