My cousin and his fiance are getting married in late June. The wedding is inside a church at 11 in the morning & the reception is at 1 pm. On their wedding site they state that (under ceremony info) the "wedding attire for guests is formal." I was wondering what would be considered as formal for both the reception and ceremony, for a 13 year-old girl. Would it be better to have 2 outfits?
Thank you, california considerate

Dear California Considerate,
Well, from one Californian to another, you could dress as you would to the nicest restaurant. Imagine that your parents are taking you to a restaurant at an exclusive country club and you had to look awesome, but conservative--not much flesh showing.
