I was invited to a Southern Baptist wedding in a small town in south Arkansas IN mAY. The wedding begins at 6:30pm and the reception is held at the local country club. I am unsure of what to wear. They didn't specify the dress code and I don't want to look out of place. I have a cute black Kenneth Cole dress I would like to wear but it is a little low cut. What is appropriate to wear? After the wedding and the reception everyone is going downtown to hang out and party...should I bring a change of clothes, if so is it appropriate to wear jeans (with heels and a cute top)? HELP PLEASE!

Dear Baptist Wedding Guest,
The dress would probably be fine for the later outing. But, it wouldn't be best for a church wedding. So, if you could find a jacket that would compliment your dress, you could wear it for the wedding and take it off for the reception and later 'hanging out'.
