thank you for your reply to my earlier post...today my ex husband brought me the outfit he bought me to wear for the wedding. it is a bright blue fitted suitlike top with a black knee length ruffle hemmed skirt, with splashes of blue flowers. i thought black wasnt supposed to be worn to weddings, will this be ok with black shoes? thank you.

Dear Roxane,
More and more, black it being worn by the bridal party and guests. If this outfit's colors blend with the rest of the bridal party, you'll be fine. You wouldn't want to clash with them. The shoes are fine also.
