My fiancee and her bridesmaids are having their dreeses custom made from a fabric she found and fell in love with. We tried to match it at the tux shop and no dice. I like the look of black tuxes, black vest, black shirts and a white long tie for me (the groom) and silver or platinum ties for my groomsmen. Her bridesmaids have a silver accent on their dresses. Does this sound OK? I like the look of it but my mom and my FMIL would like to see the more traditional look. Any suggestions or comments?
