When ordering tuxedos this weekend, the tuxedo shop told the groom it was appropriate to wear the 3 button tuxedos unbuttoned. The purpose of the vest was to cover the mid section so the jacket should remain unbuttoned. This sounds very informal to me to wear the coat open during the ceremony. I called the shop to confirm and they told me the same thing. Your thoughts??
