I am going to have chocolate brown bridesmaids dresses. I am using lime-ish green accents for flowers and such. What do I do for tuxes?

Dear Dalyn,
I advise black tuxedos with either chocolate, mocha, or champagne vests and ties.

Hi DALYN~
I just wanted to tell you I am faced with the exact same problem. I have my heart set on the chocolate BM dresses however black tuxedos I believe will clash. I have done numerous searches o the internet and have come up with no pictures of BM with brown and GM (to see what color they have on). I am going to continue to look and you do the same. I will keep in touch and if I come up with anything I'll let you know, please do the same.
Katie
Are you getting married in October by any chance?

Katie:
I think David is right. Black can coordinate very well with brown. Try adding some black accessories to your bridesmaid's attire to help tie the whole look together...very elegant! Top Wedding Questions Forum Moderator - "Write your sorrows in the sand, your blessings in stone".

I am glad I am not alone. I found one picture of Brown BM's and black GM. I have been studying it. Still not sure. I have spoke to many people about this and most of them say they like the black tuxes with maybe a latte, mocha or champagne vest and accessories with them. I also saw some linen suits that looked nice, but I am having a fall wedding and I think that would look better for spring/summer.
Here is the pic of the group. Also a pic of brown bridesmaids with green flowers. Do you like it? And a pic of that linen suit....

Hello Dalyn~
I looked at the pictures and I feel exactly how you do, UNSURE. Everyone seems to be agreeing that the black will look fine. I have always thought black and brown were not meant to go along with eachother. I like the linen suit, but I agree that would look good for summer wedding not a fall. I am attaching the BM dresses I am choosing, let me know what you think. I have a burnt orange accent on the dresses so in the event we go with the black tux, I guess they can go with burnt orange vest or accents of that color. I DON'T KNOW. Are you following the whole autumn/fall theme throughout your whole wedding like centerpieces, favors etc..?

I really like those. Who are they by? I work at a bridal shop and I am not familiar with those. I am going with Bill Levkoff. I love his satin fabric. I have 6 girls and they are each picking one of his dresses. I have picked out about 7-8 that they can pick from. They all have a beaded design somewhere on them. I sounds like we have similar styles. You must be cool Hee Hee.
I am trying to keep most things pretty simple. I am kind of doing fall, but more just with brown and a splash of lime. My dress, (i think) is going to to rum/champagne color, so I will tie that in too. I think for center pieces, my idea is to have twig placemats on round tables with the black river rock and square low vase with green flowers. Probably some votives too.
