FATHER OF THE BRIDE ATTIRE @ FORMAL WEDDING

Could anyone pls tell me if it is customary for the Father of the Bride to wear a tuxedo.

The wedding is very formal - beautiful ballroom, decoractions, chair covers etc.

Yes, the father of the bride should wear what the rest of the bridal party is wearing.
