FOB Wearing Formal Military Uniform

Is it appropriate for the FOG to wear dress military blues (Navy) if the FOB is wearing a tux?

Dear Wellness,
If the groom is dressed in military blues, then it would be fine. But, if all of the men are dressed in tuxes, he should be as well.
