     Father of the Groom Tux

My fiance and I have picked out tuxedos and asked our fathers to pay for their own. My father has already paid for his, but my fiance's father refuses to pay for his. He says since he's not really in the wedding he doesn't need one. Isn't it customary for both father's to wear a tux??

It is customary for both fathers to dress as a member of the bridal party and both are responsible for paying for their own attire.
