My brother is getting married May 26, 2007 at 6:00pm, they are having an outdoor wedding at a winery and vineyards. The question that my future SIL and I have is what color of Tux. The bridemaids are wearing pink with pink and orange flowers. The bride is wearing a very white dress. My brother wants to wear a Taupe color tux. I am telling him since it is an evening wedding he has to wear black. Who is right? HELP!!!
It is more of a time of year and location factor. Lighter colored tuxes are worn during the warmer months and in warm climates. It is a bit early for most places in the US for the lighter color.
Even then, typically it would be the white or ivory that is worn.
