Groom's Attire on Carribean island in a small wedding

My H2B and I will be married in a villa on a carribean island in June. There will be a total of 10 guests. I will wear a long silk bias cut sheath in Platinum. The neckline is draped and has an exposed back (attached picture is very similar, though there is no train). The groom is open to wearing pretty much anything. Should it be a white/off white dinner jacket and dark slacks or a linen suit? If a linen suit is best, then what color?

Dear Islandbride,

If your wedding is in the evening, go for the dinner jacket and dark trousers. If it is during the day, he may wear a stroller or a suit. Typically we would wear a dark suit for a formal affair, if choosing a suit. However, in a warmer climate and during summer, a light color would be appropriate.

Best wishes,
