     Groom's mother's boyfriend attire  

My mother-in-law to be asked me what her live in boyfriend should wear to the wedding a tux or suit, I am not sure how to answer this.

Dear Tinamariv,

You could ask your fiance to speak to his mother about it. The boyfriend is not a member of the bridal party unless your fiance wishes him to be treated as one of the fathers or unless he has a role in the wedding. If he is not being treated as one of the fathers, he dresses as one of the guests.
