My fiance and I in the middle of a disagreement about what color the groomsmen vests' should be. My dress is ivory, so my fiance will of course wear an ivory vest. My bridesmaids dresses' are a pinkish-peachish coral color, and the only color we could find in tuxedo vests that semi-matched was more of a pink than a peach. My fiance doesn't want his guys to have to wear vests in that color, because he says he would hate to have to wear it. I want everything to look good, and I want everything to match, and I want to follow wedding attire etiquette, but then again I want my fiance and his groomsmen to be happy. What color vests do the guys typically wear when the bridesmaids wear pink (or another ultra-feminine color)? I uess I am just clueless here. Any suggestions?

The guys can wear either of two colors. The color that best matches the dress which would be pink or, a more popular choice in this case, a platinum or silver color which is considered a neutral color.
